Floyd Vernon Bryan, 77, passed away on October 29, 2009. Born June 6, 1932 in Timpson, Texas. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Ruby and Jessie Bryan; daughter Debbie Bridger, step-daughter Jerri Farris, brother Joe Baxter Bryan and Lester Bryan; sister Ruby Reichert.

He is survived by the love of his life, his soul mate Marilyn Bryan; brother-in-law, Raymond Riechert, his sisters and their husbands, Ann and Dick Lindsey, Barbara and Bill Patton, Judy and Billy Harper; daughter, Jana Renae McLeod; step-daughter, Debbie Lowery, who was his cherished angel and his right hand; step-son, John Parrish; his beloved grandson, Kevin Bridger and wife Windie; granddaughters, Kelli Farris, Kim Lowery, Morgan Parrish, Simone McLeod; grandsons, Jeff Farris and wife Ashleigh, Bryan Lowery and wife Angelica, Jason Lowery and wife Stacey, and Josh Parrish; 6 great grandchildren, a magnitude of niece and nephews, and spiritual brothers and sisters.

He was ready to meet his Heavenly Savior. He was bold in his love for God and never passed up an opportunity to teach others of God’s love for them. He was involved in the Mike Barber Prison ministry. He had such a passion for their souls.

Founder of Texas Brokers in Houston, Texas then expanded into Conroe, Texas with two locations. For years he was very involved with the Heights Chamber of Commerce.

Visitation will be 5-7 pm, Monday, November 2, 2009 at Cashner Funeral Home in Conroe, Texas. A funeral service will be held at 10 am, Tuesday, November 3, 2009 in the chapel of Cashner Funeral Home with interment to follow in Garden Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make donations to The American Diabetes Association.
