Bellville Times

Erlinda Lopez Cano was born on December 29, 1950, in Houston, the daughter
of Marcos and Petra Carrizales Lopez. She grew up and attended school in
Houston. 
Erlinda married Walter Cano in Houston on March 4, 1967.
She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Eagle Lake. She and Walter
have made their home in Bellville since 1982. She loved children, enjoyed
baby-sitting and helping other people. Some of Erlinda's family called her
an "Angel with Ears" for her willingness to listen to anyone's problems.
Erlinda passed away on Saturday, May 29, 2004, in Bellville at the age of
53.
