Funeral services for Edward "Cat" Brending were held on Saturday September
13, 2003 at 3 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Frelsburg with Rev. Bill
Mosley and Rev. Milton Maly conducting the service. Interment was at Zoar
Lutheran Cemetery in Mentz, Texas.
Serving as pallbearers were Glenn Dahlmeyer, Stanley Cendalski, Leroy
Brending, James Brending, Leslie Behrens and Herman Brending.
Mr. Brending was born October 17, 1952 in Brenham, Texas to Edward
Brending,
Sr. and Annie (Kmiec) Brending. On March 27, 1971 he married the former
Sheryl Ann Neuendorff. He was employed as a welder at Ameritrail trailer
manufacturers in Bellville, Texas. He was a resident of Industry, Texas
for
31 years.
Edward "Cat" Brending passed away September 11, 2003 at his residence in
Industry, Texas.
He is survived by his wife Sheryl Ann Brending of Industry, Texas, mother
Annie Brending of Wesley, Texas, daughters Tammy Adams and special friend,
Wain Utter of Industry, Texas, and Tracy Ripple and husband Jared of
Bellville, Texas, sisters Florence Krause of Industry, Texas, Mary Jozwiak
of Wesley, Texas, brothers Johnnie Brending of Industry, Texas and Roger
Brending of LaGrange, Texas, and grandchild Kaleb Adams of Industry,
Texas.
He was preceded in death by his father Edward Brending, Sr.
