Funeral services for Teresa Alyss Johnson, age 7, of Fulshear were held
Thursday, March 30, 2006 at 10 a.m. from Guardian Angel Catholic Church in
Wallis with the Rev. Richard Johnston, S.C.J. celebrating the Funeral Mass
and Rite of Committal. Interment was at Guardian Angel Cemetery in Wallis.
Pallbearers serving were Richard Johnson, Ira Johnson, George Apanel and
Mitch Rotter.
Born June 5,1998 In Houston, Teresa Alyss was the daughter of Mark Johnson
and Anna Apanel. Teresa was raised in Fulshear and was a first grader at
Huggins Elementary School where she loved all her teachers and was loved by
them. Teresa was a really feminine girl, who loved to make up stories where
her animal toys came alive, and loved playing with her Barbie Dolls. She
loved to read Disney Princess stories and also to be read to, worked very
hard in school and enjoyed playing soccer. Happy by nature, quick to smile,
she captured our hearts in her brief time on earth.
Teresa Alyss Johnson died early Saturday morning March 25, 2006 in her
sleep.
She is survived by her parents Mark Johnson and Anna Apanel of Fulshear and
grandparents Richard H. and Alice Johnson of  Dallas.
Preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Dr. Bernard and Laura Apanel.
Memorial contributions may be made to Huggins Elementary School #1. Huggins
Dr., Fulshear, TX 77441.
Funeral arrangements under the direction of Knesek & Sons Funeral Home in
Wallis.
