A memorial service for Louise McClendon, 80, of Sealy, was held Wednesday,
September 13, 2006 at 11 a.m. in Katy, with the Rev. Merle Blado
officiating. Interment was at Sealy Cemetery.
Born in Gateville, TX, Louise Tennison was the daughter of Jack Tennison and
Leona Rainer Tennison. She attended the Gatesville Public Schools.
On September 14, 1942, Louise and Mr. Milton McClendon were married in
Tacoma, Washington. Mrs. McClendon worked ats a clerk for many years at
Weingarten's Grocery Store.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Sealy. Louise McClendon died
Friday, Sept. 8, 2006 in Katy.
She is survived by her daughter: Connie Vincent and husband Leslie of Sealy;
sons: Roy Eugene McClendon and wife Wanda of Tulsa, OK; James McClendon and
wife Gladys of Key West, FL; grandchildren: Randy Vincent and wife Sheryl;
Robin Ebrecht and husband Daryn; Ryan Vincent and wife Tennille; Stephanie
McCendon; Jennifer McCendon; Shelly Bagwell and husband Eddie; Christie
Pierce and husband Patrick; 14 great-grandchildren and one great-great
grandchild.
Preceded in death by parents: Jack and Leona Tennison; and husband: Milton
McClendon.
