SARAH 'SALLY' HORN RINN

Funeral services for Sara ³Sally² Rinn, 69, of New Ulm were held at 10 a.m.
Wednesday Dec. 12, 2007 at the Welcome Lutheran Church with Pastor Lydia
Paterson officiating.
Interment followed in the Welcome Lutheran Church Cemetery.   Friends called
the Zaskoda Chapel in Industry after 2 p.m. on Tuesday and family received
friends from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday.
Sara Rinn was born Sept. 20, 1938 in Joliet, Ill. She was the daughter of
Maurice and Loryn (Strong) Horn.
She married Larry Rinn on Aug. 15, 1959 in Brenham.
Sara was a member of the Welcome Lutheran Church where she participated in
Bible school and the church library. Sara was the backbone of her family and
a dedicated homemaker always keeping things together. She loved to read and
never seemed to meet a stranger.
Mrs. Rinn passed away on Saturday Dec. 8, 2007 at St. Josephıs Regional
Health Center in Bryan at the age of 69 years, 2 months, and 18 days.
She is preceded in death by her parents; mother and father-in-law, Eddie and
Esther Rinn; brother-in-law, Jerry Rinn; sister and brother-in-law, Patricia
and Lester Nix; brother-in-law, Bobby Mohr; nephew, Robert ³Bobby² Rinn.
Survivors include: husband, Larry Rinn of New Ulm; sons, John Rinn and wife
Janice of New Ulm; Ronnie Rinn and Pat of Conroe; Harold Rinn and Kathy of
Brenham; daughter, Patti Moore and husband Dale of Brenham; grandchildren,
Heather Pratt of New Ulm; JoAnn and Debra Jefferson both of Conroe; Shane,
Kody, Sara, Tori, and Chase Moore all of Brenham; great-grandchildren, Kaleb
Garcia of San Antonio; Justin Bibb of Conroe; sister, Susie Mohr of Flower
Mound, Texas; nieces, Terri Hayes and husband Shane San Antonio; Cheryl
Maynor and husband James of New Ulm; nephews, Robbie Mohr of San Antonio;
Dale Rinn and wife JoAnna of New Ulm; sister-in-law, Patricia Rinn of New
Ulm; as well as other nieces, nephews, and friends.
Pallbearers include: Dale Rinn, James Maynor, Bobby Rinn, Robbie Mohr, Mike
Rudloph, Craig Engling, Lynn Dusek and Charlie Tallerine.
Memorials may be made to the West End Elementary Library or the Welcome
Lutheran Church.
