Grady Lanier Anderson, 77, of New Ulm, passed away Thursday, July 10, 2008 in Bellville.
Funeral Services were held Saturday, July 12, 2008 at 11:00 AM from Knesek Bros. Funeral Chapel, with Michael Groseclose, officiating.
Grady was born on Sept. 11, 1930, in Bulloch County, Georgia, to Julian Grady Anderson and Pearl Lanier Anderson. He grew up and attended schools in Georgia. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War.  Grady is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, John E. Anderson.
Grady is survived by his wife, Luella Kersey Anderson of Baxley, Ga.; daughters, Debbie Kelly and husband, Steve of Alvin, and Starla Shupak and husband, Ken of Bellville; son, Julian (Jay) Grady Anderson, II and partner, Stacy Bass of Brunswick, GA.; sister, Louise Massie of  Folsom. PA.; grandchildren, Justin Kelly, Leslie Kelly, Leigh-Taylor Johnson, Sutton Shupak, Chrystina Shupak, William Shupak and Shannon Shupak; and four great grandchildren.
