Jeffrey Brent Bockhorn, 30, of Gainesville, Texas, passed away Monday, May 26, 2008 in Valley View, Texas. 
Funeral Services were held Saturday, May 31, 2008 at 11 a.m. from Bellville United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Robert Stutes, officiating. Interment was in Pilgrims Rest Cemetery.  Pallbearers were Greg Brenner, Jim Brenner, Jeb Brenner, Sean Rombach, Marvin Bockhorn and Danny Steck. Honorary Pallbearers were Lisa Steck, Kristy and Jacob Brenner.
Jeffrey was born on May 7, 1978, in Texas City, Texas to Larry and Barbara (Brenner) Bockhorn. He grew up and attended schools in Gainesville, graduating from Gainesville High School in 1996.  He was employed as an extrusion operator at Petroflex NA in Gainesville, for 10 years.
Jeffrey is survived by his parents, Larry and Barbara (Brenner) Bockhorn of Gainesville; brother, Michael Bockhorn of Rowlett,Texas; grandparents, Gladys Brenner of Bellville, Helen Bockhorn of Brenham, and numerous cousins.
Jeffrey is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Willie Brenner and Alfred Bockhorn.
