Bellville Times

Funeral services for Tillie Rosalie Mozola Brast, 8l, formerly of Bellville,
were held Saturday, Jan. 26, 2008 at 1 p.m. from St. John Lutheran Church,
Bellville, TX with the Rev. David Henske, Rev. Jennie Jones, and the Rev.
Milroy Gregor, officiating.
Interment was in the Wallis Cemetery. Pallbearers were Daniel Liescheski
Jr., Ray Luvaul, Pat Murphy, Michael Ondrusek, Matthew Liescheski and Myles
Liescheski.
Born in Wallis, Tillie was the daughter of Frank John Mozola Sr. and Annie
Louise (Hajovsky) Mozola.
Tillie was baptized Feb. 27, 1927, in the Presbyterian Church of Wallis by
Pastor Theo Kubricht; confirmed March 23,1941 in the Presbyterian Church of
Wallis by Pastor Jose Miksovsky, and confirmed into the Lutheran faith on
Dec. 21,1952, at Christ Lutheran Church, Houston by Pastor G. W. Obenhaus.
She was raised and attended schools in Wallis, graduating from Wallis High
School in 1944.
Tillie is survived by her daughters, Linda Jean Liescheski and husband,
Daniel of Bellville, Cynthia Ann Murphy and husband Pat of Huntsville, Judy
Kay Ondrusek of Houston; sons David Tilden Roberts of Pensacola, Fla.,
William Roberts and wife, Leslie of Houston, Kenneth Wayne Roberts of
Bellville, Ray Allen Luvaul and wife, Debbie of Ocala, Fla., Eric Lee Brast
and wife, Yvonne of Aledo, Texas; grandchildren Daniel Liescheski Jr., and
wife, Becky, Matthew Liescheski, Myles Liescheski, Addrienne Wied and
husband, Buckshot, David Roberts, II and wife, Jana, Tammy Roberts, Michelle
Roberts Sartin and husband. Tony, Talon and Taylor Roberts, Greg Jackson and
wife, Anita, Guy Roberts and wife, Rebecca, Chloe' and lan Roberts, Shane
and& Jason Stacy, Patrice Murphy, Phillip Von Minden, Michael Ondrusek,
Michael, Desiree and Nicholas Luvaul; 17 great grandchildren, 1 great-great
grandchild, and sister-in-law, Elsie Mozola.
Preceded in death by her parents; husband Amandus Eli Brast; son Howard
Frank Roberts; previous husbands, Hartford Luvaul and Kenneth Roberts;
sisters, Francis Mozola, Annie Mae Luvaul, Libby Klare, Mary Egger, Julia
Kocurek; brothers Alfred Mozola, and Frank Mozola.
Memorial Contributions may be made to St. John Lutheran Church Building
Fund, 520 North Holland, Bellville, Texas 77418.            Services under
the direction of Knesek Family Funeral Chapels in Bellville.
