Funeral services for Charles Hrcek, 93, of Bellville, were held Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2008 at 10 a.m.
from Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, with the Rev. Eric Pitre, officiating. Pallbearers were Christopher Henke, Charles Henke, Douglas Kaiser, Jimmy Hrcek,
Donald Kutach and Eugene Antoish. Honorary Pallbearers were his great grandchildren.
Charles was born in Moravia, Texas to Frank and Agnes (Steffek) Hrcek. He was raised and attended
schools in Moravia. Charles was united in marriage to Adella Vana on Nov. 15, 1938 in Praha, TX. He was employed for 15 years with Yoakum Tex-Tan Leather Goods
building saddle trees and a lifelong farmer. He was a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church and KJZT. Charles passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2008
in Bellville.
Charles is survived by his daughters, Lorene Henke and husband, August of Bellville, Margaret
Mozisek and husband, Patrick of Colorado; sons, Harvey Hrcek and wife, Dina of Everett, Washington, Leon Hrcek and wife, Margaret of Colorado; sister, Lucy Vana
of Shiner; grandchildren, Denise, Charlie & Chris Henke, Jason & Jennifer Hrcek, Michael, Matthew & Andy Hrcek, Christinia Mozisek; great
grandchildren, Kristen, Sydney & Valerie Kaiser, Samantha, Brenden, Zackary & Nathan Henke, Clara & Brady Henke.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank & Agnes Hrcek; wife, Adella Hrcek; brothers,
Frank and Julius Hrcek; and sister, Alvina Novak.
