Wesley Herbert Krueger 80, Formerly of Bellville, died Saturday, July 26, 2008, at the VA hospital in Nashville, Tenn.
Wes was born on June 14,1928 in Missouri, to parents Olga and Herbert Krueger of Missouri. He was a veteran and a retired truck driver and chef, Known for his
famous burgers at quick stop.
He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church of Bellville where he and wife Audrey where in the choir. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge, the VFW, the
American Legion post 0115, of Bellville and active in Austin County Crime Stoppers.
Wes is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years Audrey Krueger, formerly of Bellville, now residing in Clarksville, Tenn,; children Jimmie and Linda Krueger of
Tenn., Jerry and wife Diane, Jeff and wife Patsy Krueger, both of Mich., Dawn Krueger, Staci Gross both of Bellville, Marsha, Lois, Karen, Gail and spouses. Also
he has 23 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. He is also survived by siblings Alvin, Jeanette, Carol and Lavera.
He is preceded in death by his parents Olga and Herbert Krueger, son-in-law Dwayne Gross Along with other family members.
Services were held for Wes at St. John Lutheran Church, Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2008 at 11 a.m.
Memorials may be made to St. John Lutheran church, VA hospital, MD Anderson Cancer Center or the charity of choice.
