Bellville Times Leschper Funeral services for Mary Annie Leschper, 99 of Sealy were held on Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2008 at 11 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Sealy with the Rev. John Tyler officiating. Interment was in the Sealy Cemetery. Pallbearers for the service were Lance Leschper, Gene Leschper, Andrew Leschper, Kevan Leschper, Timothy Prince, Jeff Krolczyk, Lewis Cypher and Rex Waxler. Mary Annie Ludwig was born to parents, Max and Emma Schubert Ludwig. She was raised in the Peters community, attending Peters Hacienda School and a life long resident of Peters Community. She married Walter J. Leschper in Sealy on Feb. 23, 1929. Mary was a member of First United Methodist Church in Sealy. She was a homemaker and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.Mrs. Leschper died Nov.14, 2008 in Bellville. Survivers include her daughters and spouses; Marilyn Prince and Jerry of Houston, Nelda Tamborello and Thomas of Houston, Doris Krolczyk and Clem of Brenham; sons and spouses Wilbert Leschper and Gladys of Sealy, Walter Leschper and Judy of Sealy, Kenneth Leschper and Cleba of Jersey Village, Adolph Leschper and Edna of Sealy; grandchildren and spouses Lee Leschper and Beth, Larry Leschper and Katheryn, Lance Leschper and Karen, Leland “John” Leschper and Andrea, Gene Leschper, Donna Lehmann and Alan, Karen Waxler and Rex, Andrew Leschper and Susan, Angie Leschper, Alicia Leschper, Kendra Verhelle and Blaine, Kevan Leschper and Rebecca, Deborah McDowell, Timothy Prince and Lecia, Cindy Prince, Jeff Krolczyk and Lori; step grandchildren Lewis Cypher, Betty Lutz, Bonnie Reames and Darrell, Mary Ann Rosselli, Helen Rother and Debbie Almonza; sister-in-law, Irene Ludwig and a number of great and great-great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
