Maresh
Funeral services for Alida Maresh, 92, of Bleiblerville, were held Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2008 at 10 a.m. from Nelsonville Brethren Church, with the Rev. Michael Groseclose, officiating. Pallbearers were Herman Hoff, Dwayne Juergens, Trason Maresh, Kenneth Wehring, Allen Stepan and Sanjay Singh. Interment was in National Cemetery, Nelsonville.
Alida is survived by daughter, Carol Sue “Susie” Juergens of Sealy; sons, Barry Maresh of Bleiblerville and Donald Maresh and wife, Laurece of Brenham; grandchildren, Mitchell Juergens, Rexanne Singh and husband, Sanjay, Dwayne Juergens, Trason Maresh; and great-grandchildren, Katy and Alyssa Singh.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Theodore and Lillie Wehring; husband, Ben Maresh; infant son, Ben Maresh, Jr.; son-in-law, brothers, Theodore Ben, Weldon and Dennis Wehring and son-in-law, Conrad Juergens.
