Bellville Times Mlcak Funeral services for Annie Petrash Mlcak, 83, of San Felipe, Texas were held Friday, Nov. 7, 2008 at 11 a.m. from the Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Wallis with the Rev. Thuy Quang Nguyen celebrating the funeral mass and rite of committal. Interment was in Guardian Angel Cemetery in Wallis. Rosary service was held Thursday, November 6, 2008 at Knesek Bros. Funeral Chapel in Sealy. Annie Elizabeth Petrash was born to parents, Frank and Betty Macha Petrash in Wallis Texas, she was raised there and attended Guardian Angel Catholic School. She married Albin Mlcak in Galveston, Texas on August 30, 1941 where they lived for many years. Annie was a homemaker, a member of KJZT and Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Sealy. She passed away on Nov. 4, 2008 in Katy, Texas. Survivors include her husband, Albin Mlcak of San Felipe, sons and daughters-in-law, Randy and Leslye Mlcak of Galveston, Ronald and Kim Mlcak of Bayou Vista and Albin, Jr. and Sara Mlcak of Crystal Beach, sisters, Julia Mlcak of Frydek, Lucy Drymala of Comfort, Georgia Hrdlicka of Kerrville, Margy Vacek of East Bernard, Sophie Kveton of Comfort and Dolores Luchak of Santa Fe, Texas; 8 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Betty Petrash and brothers Frank and Raymond Petrash. Funeral services under the direction of Knesek Bros. Funeral Chapel in Sealy.
