Schaare
Funeral Services for Leroy H. Schaare, Jr, 67, of Sealy were held Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2008 at 2 p.m.
from Trinity Lutheran Church in Sealy with the Rev. Dale Leland officiating.
Interment was at the Sealy Cemetery. Pallbearers for the service were Chip Reed, Jimmy Szymanski,
George Krupala, Charles Essilifie, Josh Mieth and Leroy Rogers.
Leroy Henry Schaare, Jr. was born to parents, Leroy H. and Bernetha Beckman Schaare in Sealy and
died Aug. 2, 2008 in Sealy.
He was raised in Sealy and was a 1959 graduate of Sealy High School.
He married Doris Krupala in Sealy on June 9, 1962.
Leroy was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and was baptized on Oct. 6, 1940 and was confirmed on
May 29, 1955.
Leroy was past Elder at Trinity Lutheran Church and part of the Evangelical Commission. He
was a member of the National Letter Carriers Association and past member of the Young Farmers Association. Leroy worked as a mail carrier for the United States
Postal Service for many years before his retirement.
Survivors are his daughters and spouses, Patsy Romano and Mark of Sealy, Nancy Fullerton and Sean
of Round Rock, sons, and spouses, Russell Schaare and Tina of Katy and David Schaare and Kim of Kyle, sisters and spouses, Karen Schaare of Sealy, Mary Lou Mieth
and Ervin of New Ulm and Ruth Szymanski and Jimmy of Sealy. He was preceded in death by parents, Leroy H. and Bernetha Schaare and wife, Doris Schaare. Posted by Joy Neely
