Bellville Times Margaret Flanagin, 62, of Bellville, Texas passed away on Monday, July 2, 2012 in Bellville. Margaret was born in Houston on Aug. 6, 1949 to Robert Bass Mayo and Alva Kathryn (Hutchinson) Mayo. She graduated from Cy-Fair High School in 1967 and attended Blinn College for two years. She retired from Harris County as a Deputy Clerk. She was a member of the Bellville United Methodist Church, and a former member of St. Phillips Methodist Church in Houston. Margaret is survived by her daughter Tanya Kalina and her husband Eric of Bellville. Grandchildren Leigha Renee, Benjamin Tyler, and Camryn Grace Kalina. Sisters Alice Disch and husband Billy John of Georgetown and Gwen Petersen and husband Lee Roy of Plantersville. Nephews and nieces David Scott Smith and Sherrie, and Julie Marie Smith of Tomball; Ann Disch of Nashville, Tenn.; Michael John Disch and Katie of Austin. Margaret was predeceased by her parents, a niece Kathryn Louise Disch and a nephew Robert William Disch. Family received friends from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, July 6, 2012 with a Memorial Service conducted at 6 p.m. on Friday, from the Knesek Bros Funeral Chapel, 842 E Main, Bellville, Texas, with Rev. Amy Haralson officiating. Memorial may be made in Margaret�s name to the Juvenile Diabetes Association or to the Bellville United Methodist Church.
