Bellville Times On March 6, 1931 Costella Miller was born in Bellville to the late Robert and Rhoda Harris. She grew up in the Ives Creek Community. She attended Isaiah Community AME Church under the leadership of Reverend Luther Shaw. She worked as a nurse�s assistance at the Bellville General Hospital for over 24 years. Costella is preceded in death by her parents, two sons, Winston Miller and Curtis Harris, three brothers, Arthur James Harris (A.J.), Thomas Harris (Shine), Robert Harris, Jr. and one sister, Ollie Mae Weathers. She leaves to cherish her loving memories of life, three sons, William Miller, Jr. (Trilby), Houston, Sammy Miller, Sr., (Ruby), Sealy, Freeman Miller, Bellville and four daughters, Linda Miller, ( Earnest), Sherron Watts (Melvin), Jennifer Mosley (Marty) Bellville, Veronica Monroe (Walter), of Houston, and adopted daughter, La�Zoria Curry, three special daughters, Cindy Hufferman, Ellanore Ayala and Mrs. Hazel Dixon, one sister, Clarece Long (Curtis) and one brother, Wilton Harris, Sr. and a special friend Donna Johnson. She has 21 grand children 37 great grand children and seven great-great grand children and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Service was Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at 11 a.m., located at Historic Allen AME Church, 704 West Carver Street, Bellville. Visitation was Tuesday, May 15, 2012 starting at 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Historic Allen AME Church.
