Cemeteries of Montgomery County Texas

Be sure to check East Texas Cemeteries by Todd Beauregard. There are thirty five (35) Montgomery County Cemeteries in his contribution to the preservation of Montgomery County. Thank you Todd for this wonderful resource.

A lot of these directions are no longer valid now as there were taken out from the MCG&HS cemetery books that were transcribed  over 20 years ago. Please help us update these directions. If you have any history on any of the cemeteries, or any other folks buried in a particular cemetery, please let us know.

Notice

We only transcribe and help people with genealogical research. We have nothing to do with the cemetery regarding availability and purchasing plot information. You should contact the local funeral home or the caretaker of cemetery for that information.

If there is a link on a cemetery, then it takes you to a page with data on it.  If you would like volunteer to transcribe and submit data,  please email Jane Keppler or Jean Smoorenburg.

If you would like your name added as a contact on any of the people that is listed in any of the cemeteries, please email Jane Keppler or Jean Smoorenburg and your information will be added. This is a great way to find someone else that may be researching the name you are researching.
