A treasure trove of information can be found in the
Vertical Files of
any library. In an effort to reveal some of the treasures of
Montgomery County Memorial Library, Genealogy and History Room's Family Vertical
Files,
Jean Smoorenburg
and Phyllis Stehm and have begun
abstracting the family vertical files. Come back often because they
will be adding information as fast as they can. They are filed
alphabetically by surname. We finished May 30, 2014.
