To preserve the history of old country cemeteries from being lost parts of the below was taken from LEE COUNTY TEXAS CEMETERIES Volume I and II.  You can buy copies at Texas Wendish Heritage Society

Several other souces were used like death certificates, funeral home records and Find-A-Grave.

The directions were taken in Oct 1979, so they may not be completely accurate as of today, 4/25/2022..

 

 

Copperas Cemetery

Take US Hwy 77 N from Giddings for 7.8 miles and turn right on State Hwy 21 for 4.5 miles and turn right on FM 3403 for 1.2 miles to entrance of cemetery on right.
